1. Are all sneakers authentic?
Yes. We only sell 100% authentic and brand-new sneakers. Each pair comes directly from authorized retailers or trusted suppliers. We do not deal with fakes, Grade A, or UA products.
2. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, check your Spam/Promotions folder or reach out to us.

5. Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
Yes. Orders can be picked up at our Primark Center, Tagaytay location. Please arrange with our team before coming.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

Tags, box, and accessories are intact

7. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available within Tagaytay and Metro Manila via Lalamove/Grab.
8. Can I reserve or pre-order a sneaker?
Selected pairs can be pre-ordered with a downpayment (20%). Message us via email or Viber to confirm availability and lead time.
9. What sizes are available?
Sizing depends on stock availability. We usually carry US Men’s sizes, but some pairs also come in Women’s sizes. Check the product description for size details.
