1. Are all sneakers authentic?

Yes. We only sell 100% authentic and brand-new sneakers. Each pair comes directly from authorized retailers or trusted suppliers. We do not deal with fakes, Grade A, or UA products.


2. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you place an order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don't see it, check your Spam/Promotions folder or reach out to us.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • GCash / Maya

  • Bank Transfer (BPI / UnionBank)

  • Cash on Delivery (Nationwide)

⚠️ Credit/Debit Card payments will incur a 5% service charge, billed in a separate transaction.

⚠️ COD orders require a ₱450 shipping fee paid upfront via GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer before your order is processed.


4. How much is shipping and how long does it take?

  • Metro Manila: 2 to 4 business days

  • Provincial: 3 to 7 business days

  • Same-day delivery available within Tagaytay/Metro Manila via Lalamove/Grab

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


5. Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Yes. Orders can be picked up at our Primark Center, Tagaytay location. Please arrange with our team before coming.


6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to approval, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and shows no signs of use or fitting

  • Tags, box, and accessories are intact

  • Clear photos and videos of the item are sent before returning

⚠️ Please note:

  • Return shipping fee is shouldered by the customer

  • Wrong size returns are prioritized over change of mind returns (e.g. wrong color, wrong model)

  • Change of mind returns are subject to approval based on size/item availability

7. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Same-day delivery is available via Lalamove/Grab within areas serviceable by these platforms from our store in Tagaytay, Cavite. Availability may vary depending on your location.


8. Can I reserve or pre-order a sneaker?

Selected pairs can be pre-ordered with a downpayment (20%). Message us via email or Viber to confirm availability and lead time.

 

9. What sizes are available?

Sizing depends on stock availability. We usually carry US Men's sizes, but some pairs also come in Women's sizes. Check the product description for size details.


10. How will I know if my Bank Transfer payment was received?

Once you send your proof of payment along with your order number, our team will confirm your order via text or email within 24 hours. You can send your proof of payment via:
