Mode of Payment

A 5% processing fee applies to all card payments. This will be billed separately upon checkout.

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a ₱450 downpayment to cover the shipping fee. Payment must be sent before processing your order.

For Bank Transfer payments (BPI / UnionBank), please send your proof of payment along with your order number after completing your transaction. Our team will confirm your order via text or email within 24 hours upon receipt of your proof of payment.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to approval.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must show no signs of use or fitting. Items that appear worn, tried on, or altered will not be accepted.

The customer must send clear photos and videos of the item before returning it. All return requests are subject to approval.

Shipping fees for returns are shouldered by the customer.
Wrong Size vs. Change of Mind
We prioritize return requests due to wrong size over change of mind returns. Change of mind returns (e.g., wrong color, wrong model) are subject to approval and will depend on the availability of the requested item.
